“Sarah Diep and the Ignite Boot Camp Class has EXCEEDED my expectations. I was honestly looking for someone who could give me some pointers on how to better utilize my body weight and free weights, in hopes that I could mimic them (and not have to sign up for another class). However, after the first few classes, I knew I was going to get much more than that. It was obvious that each workout had been thoroughly planned out. I have been in classes before where trainers seem to be making things up as they go, but not Sarah. You could tell she was targeting the areas we talked about as a class and you could certainly feel it too- ha! Sarah was great about providing modifications when needed and always kept tabs on everyone in the class to ensure we had proper form to avoid injury. So yes, I did learn how to better utilize free weights and have some ideas of what I can be doing at home, but that being said, I am already looking forward to her next class!”

"Training with Sarah is by far unlike any other personal trainer experience I’ve ever had. I met Sarah 2 months after I spent a week in ICU. I was weak, I was on medications, and I was in the beginning stages of my recovery. I’ll never forget Sarah looked me in the eye and said “I got you! Trust me!” There was something different about her. She earned my full trust after our first session. She LISTENED to me. She didn’t say “oh suck it up!” She modified the workout to accommodate my physical state at the time yet she gave me a great workout I could complete. It worked. We clicked. We got into a routine. Sarah recommended various supplements and gave plenty of advice on foods to avoid and which ones I could have. SHE NEVER PUT ME ON A DIET! She educated me on eating right and a cheat meal was okay. I was never deprived but I had to put in the work. As time went on Sarah saw my progress and based on that adjusted my workouts. We went from resistance bands to free weights to bigger and better things. She’s so great and versatile with the workouts she brings to each session. Every time it’s something new. We even do workouts in the pool on days I feel weaker and can’t put in all the work with weights. Sarah listens and works with you to get you a workout that suits you and tailors it to work around any injuries you may have or any conditions that may hinder doing something. After every workout session and even on days off she’ll text to check in on how I’m feeling, how I’m doing, and remind me she’s there for me. She has been pivotal in my comeback and people are noticing the results. I’m feeling the results. She’s not only a great trainer and nutritionist, she’s an incredible person who genuinely cares her clients’ results, well-being, and helping them get healthy and moving. She makes you feel great about yourself and everything around you!"

“Sarah is an excellent trainer. She is very passionate about her work. She really get's the best out of you whether you are working out first time or you have been working out regularly. I would not have achieved even half of it if I had worked out myself. She always makes sure the form is correct and we avoid injuries.
